# Invoicing Wizard

It allows you to create & edit accounts in a variety of ways and invoice them easily and quickly. You can also price a reservation during check out by following the same procedure.We have integrated all the pricing needs of an accommodation in a common process in order to simplify the creation of the documents on the one hand and on the other hand to provide you with more possibilities. In short, the pricing guide allows you to do the following:

* Issue documents for individuals / companies.
* Issue automatically invoice for city tax. &#x20;
* Invoicing multiple bookings together either on one document or separately.
* An algorithm that issue bills depending of the property settings.&#x20;
* Issue credit notes that are either related to a previous document or for corrections.
* Issue credit notes.&#x20;
* Advanced invoicing, selection of documents and charges you want to invoice from each booking.
* Associate invoices with payments/ deposits automatically .
* Automatically use deposits from customer accounts
* Invoice any guest of the chosen bookings easily.&#x20;
* Ability to split an account into two or more accounts even for the same room.
* Create the bills in advance and continue invoicing whenever you want.
* Add the balance of payments to either the bills or the final invoice.
* Print all the documents at the same time.
* Invoice easily at the check-out time&#x20;

The pricing process is completed in three steps.

1. In the **first step** you choose the way you want to invoice the selected reservation. In case you want to price more than one reservation or accommodation then you can just choose them.
2. In the **second step**, the created bills are displayed according to your selections in previous step. Here you can check if the bills are correct and also edit them. If you have a balance, then you can very easily add a payment.
3. The **last step** of the billing wizard shows the final documents created in the previous step.&#x20;

You can start the **billing wizard** in different ways, depending on how it suits you best.
