Split Accommodation

You can split the room in case you do not have the same room available for all days, or to make an upgrade to the customer while he is already in a room, etc.

  1. Basic room elements such as type and room, price list & board

  2. Arrival date

  3. Choice of day we want to separate the accommodation. On this day we have to move the guest to the new room.

  4. Guests departure date

  5. The room type of the new accommodation.

  6. The room of the new accommodation that will emerge. Only available rooms are displayed here.

In case we choose a different room type from the original then more options appear as shown in the photo below.

  1. Price list of the new accommodation

  2. Here we have the option to keep the original price or give a new price according to the price list we will choose

  3. We can also set a new manual total price for the room.

  4. We have the opportunity to choose different board for the new accommodation

  5. Keep board or activate the ability to change it
