Charges

In this tab you can see the charges that have been created in your bookings, based on the latest.

Charges

In this tab you can see the charges that have been created in your bookings, based on the latest. If you want a specific one, you can find it by searching or applying the appropriate filters. It is also possible to print this list or export it to excel. Additionally, you can add a charge manually.

Cancel charge

Cancel the charge. The charge will still be on the list but will not count towards the total booking

Restore charge

Restore the charge to be calculated on the total booking

Unassign charge

Unassign the specific charge from the associated document

You can go to the reservation where this charge belongs

Add charge

Add a charge
  1. Accommodation to which the charge will be added.

  2. Enter a name for the bill. This name will also appear on the bill & invoice that you will issue with this charge

  3. You can check the charge as Negative in case you want to make a correction or refund.

  4. Choose a service for the charge. Service is important for statistical & accounting reasons. You can if you want to add or remove services from the settings.

  5. Select the billing date. Depending on your choice, the corresponding reports & statistics will be updated. This information also appears in the bills & invoices.

  6. Each charge must have the correct taxes in order to issue a correct document at the end. There are of course some exceptions such as the residence tax which does not have VAT.

  7. Select the amount and amount of the charge

  8. In case you want to charge manually an amount from a receipt that you have invoiced with a cash register in order to charge them all together with the accommodation then you can fill in these fields and mention them in the document.
