Invoice options

Choose the way you want to charge, one or more bookings

  1. View the selected booking and select more bookings in case you want to issue a document for all. โ€‹โ€‹

  2. The selected rooms of the reservation. Here you can select specific rooms for pricing โ€‹โ€‹

  3. Choose exactly how you want to invoice through the various optionsโ€‹

  4. Choose if you would like to invoice an individual or a company.

  5. You can search and select any customer or company you have in the system

  6. From the accommodation selected, can you choose the reservation you would like to invoice without searching. โ€‹

  7. You can edit a client instantly, and even create a new if needed without closing the wizard

In the first step of the invoicing wizard, you are asked to choose exactly how you want to invoice, and if it is a customer or a company. You can also select more than one reservation or stay and invoice them all together. By choosing reservations and stays, we essentially select their charges and payments to invoice them in the next step. The invoicing wizard always starts with a selected reservation as well as its stays . The customer type is also default.

The available invoice options are:

Invoice a single customer

Issue documents for a specific customer or business. This is the most common way of invoicing.

Invoice each guest separately

Create invoices for each room separately. This option only appears when we have selected more than one room.

Billing Wizard

The Billing wizard is a useful tool that lets you create & edit bills in a variety of ways. For example, you can easily transfer charges from each room to the bill you want.

Issue a credit note

Cancel a document you have already issued or correct a charge.

Cancellation fees

Charge cancellation fees for a reservation easily and quickly.
