Guest details

Registration Card

To print the Registration Card, one way is to go to the Arrivals / Dashboard at the bottom of arrivals and click on the printer, and another way is to go to the Calendar by right-clicking on the room to display the menu and select Print registration card.

Edit guest details

If you have not entered the customer details (such as name, phone number, nationality, etc.) and you want to pass them after check in, enter the reservation and go to the GUESTS field. The customer name is displayed below, open it with a double-clicking or press (...ᵛ) and edit a visitor.

Contact levels

In Contact Levels can you create some groups like v.i.p. , repeaters, black lists, loyalty program etc.

To create a category:

  • Customers

  • Contact Levels

  • + Add Contact Level

  • Fill in the name and add some color if you wish

  • Create Contact Level

To complete a booking, go to the Calendar, find the reservation, right-click and select Assign guests, open the Contact level and add what you want.

If you want to search for a category or print it, go to Customers, Contacts and select the category you want from the filters. At the top right is the print option by pressing (... ᵛ).
