Table 1 shows you what you have chosen so far. That is, what room have you chosen, for what dates, for how many people, what price list you have chosen and the price of the stay. You can customize your reservation as you wish.
Table 2 shows you a brief overview of your rooms, divided into room types. In it you can see the maximum number of people in each room type, the availability that exists for these dates you have chosen, an indicative price that changes of course, depending on how many people you will eventually choose in each room and finally you are given the choice add as many rooms as you want (in case the reservation is for 2 or 3 rooms of the same name e.g.), selecting the blue area "ADD ROOM". If you add an extra room, it will appear in box 1 below.
By clicking in this box, you have the option to select another room in the same category, in case you want to change your original selection.
By checking this box, you can add arrival time and departure time for this reservation.
You can add or remove people with this option, depending on the booking you want to create.
Through this box, you have the option to select different price lists, ex. Bed N ’Breakfast or Room Only etc.
Here is the price of the reservation without the city tax. If you want to change the price, you can click on the box with the 3 dots and select "Modify rate". In addition, this box gives you 2 more options, such as adding an extra charge to the room or a note you need to know on arrival.
At this point, you are given the final price of the reservation, for the entire period that will remain in your accommodation, together with the accommodation tax.
Once you have completed all the above steps, proceed to STEP 2, to the customer details.
In STEP 2, you can enter the customer details.
If the customer who will be visiting your property already exists as your contact, you can simply enter their name in this box, and the program will search your contacts. If it shows it to you, you can select it.
In case the customer is not in your contacts, add his details based on the table you see.
In this table, by opening it, you can add more information about the customer. Ex. ID card or passport number, date of birth, nationality, etc.
In case a customer books the room for someone else and you do not know their name, enter them in the system as a booker. If it already exists in the system you can search for it, otherwise you create a new one.
If the reservation comes from a company or if one of your customers is a corporation and wants an invoice to be cut at the VAT number of the company he works for at check-out, in this context you can enter the company you want. As in the previous step, if the company you want is in the system you can search for it, otherwise you create a new one.
If the reservation comes from a travel agency and the invoice must be issued to the agency details, follow the procedure mentioned in the previous step. Once you have completed all of the above you can proceed to the last step before making the reservation.
In STEP 3 which is the last one, you can enter the latest information before making the reservation.
In this table you can choose the payment method of the reservation. If the reservation is paid, you choose one of the ways the program gives you (eg Cash, visa, mastercard). If it is not paid, select "No Payment".
With this bar you can choose whether the reservation will be paid or not.
In this context, you have the option to adjust the price, depending on whether the reservation is partially or fully paid.
You can set the source of the reservation (ex Telephone, front desk, reservations department, etc.).
Here you select the booking status (usually we leave the option "Confirmed".
Here can you choose if you want to send a confirmation email to the customer. If you activate the bar you will see a box where you can enter the email address you want to send it to.
You can add some above reservation information.
Once you have completed all of the above, click on the "Create Reservation" window.
Once the booking is completed by the system, you will see the booking you just created in your booking plan, on the date you selected and in green.
