You can drag & drop into any room and so you can perform some actions for the room and the dates you have chosen.
Drag & drop to choose a room and a specific date
Add new reservation by default of the specific room and the arrival/departure dates you selected
Mark the room as Out of order
Stop selling this room for the dates you have chosen.
RESERVATION APPEARANCE
Each booking in the plan is displayed with a box that has various information. The appearance of the reservation can be changed from the plan settings.
You can drag & drop to move the reservation to another room.
If you have access to Hotelizer from a computer then you can right click on the reservation and more options will be displayed regarding this reservation.
The options you have and you can execute them directly from the plan are the following:
View Reservation: Show booking tab
Print Reg. Card: Printing the registration card
Split reservation: Split accommodation by choice of date and room
Move accommodation: Move the reservation to another room and date.
Park Accommodation: Move the reservation to Parked, which in essence characterizes it as a reservation without a room assignment
Lock Reservation: You can lock the reservation in this room so that it cannot be moved
Assigning Primary guest: View and edit guest details
Price list change: Change price list and prices
Extend accommodation: Here you can extend the stay of the reservation.
Reduce accommodation: Here you can reduce the stay of the reservation.
Modify departure / arrival: Here you can modify the time of arrival and departure.
Modify occupants: Here you can change the number of guests, add or remove people.
Modify options: here you can add a bedding to your reservation, ex. playpen and change the color that will appear in the booking plan.
By clicking (or hover if you have changed the setting) you can see more information about this reservation.
In the room details tab, can you see all the details of the reservation, such as when is the check-in and check-out, in which room it is placed, the price list, how many occupants they are, the ADR it has and if it has make any payment

Show reservation tab
From the Tasks tab you can easily go through various tasks by clicking the Add task button. You can then fill in a name, select the date you want it to be happen and then assign it to another user. In front of each task there is a check icon in case you want to mark it as complete.
In the Preferences tab you can see or change the customer preferences for the specific reservation.
