Τasks
These are tasks that you want to schedule. Go to the Calendar find the room and left-click on Tasks next to Room details and add it by clicking Add Task.
Preferences
In Preferences you can add a baby cot or some special requests. Go to the Calendar find the room and left click on it, press Preferences next to Tasks and add it by clicking Edit Room Preferences, fill it in and finally Update Room Preferences.
If your property is new or you want to use them for the first time, contact support to create them.
Events
If you have an Event in your property or in the area you can add it and it will appear in the Calendar below the dates. (Once you have set it from Settings to show.)
